About the On Site Training Company The On Site Training Company has been established as an independent training consultancy since 1991 and was one of the founding MiDAS Training Agencies delivering the whole range of MiDAS Training as well as custom built packages designed to provide flexibilty suiting the needs of any client.  John Lloyd is the Director of the Company and his experience as a Police Officer, Ambulance Service Training Manager and over 15 years as a trainer in the community transport sector means that he can deliver training from a position of having expertise and hands on experience in a range of subjects that enables clients to provide appropriate support for their service-users. As well as being a MiDAS Training Agent and NVQ Assessor, John is a Driving Standards Agency approved driving instructor. The Company also has a cadre of qualified and experienced Associate Trainers that are committed to delivering training to the highest standard.
